If your policy begins with GEI, call 1800 891 890 to discuss your RedClick payments. If your policy begins with XB, call 01 553 4040. Our friendly customer service team is available to take your call Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

2. Choose your preferred payment option

 

Pay for changes made to your policy

If your policy begins with GEI, and you’ve made a change, you can pay for it online easily and quickly. All you need is your RedClick policy number. You can find this number in any email you’ve received from us. It’s also on your insurance disc — you should be able to view it through your car’s windscreen.

Pay for a missed direct debit instalment

Did you miss a monthly direct debit instalment? No problem. Just enter your policy reference number beginning with GEI, which you can find in any email or letter you’ve received from us, and on your insurance disc.

Car insurance

Our car insurance cover is available as standard for young drivers and experienced drivers. We provide cover for diesel, petrol and electric or hybrid cars, as well as motorcycles and most commercial vehicles.

In addition to the many optional extras available, our car insurance includes a range of great features and benefits (terms and conditions apply). For example, depending on the cover you choose, you may be able to enjoy windscreen cover, a courtesy car and breakdown assistance. If you wish to make changes to your policy, terms and conditions will apply.

Home insurance

Discover our home insurance cover that allows you to choose from Buildings only, Contents only, and Buildings and Contents cover. These policies also come with optional upgrades to protect your property against accidental damage. Depending on which cover you choose, you can also enjoy a wide range of extra benefits including emergency home repair, replacement locks and wedding and Christmas gifts.

If you’d like to insure your buildings only, this is the option for you. This policy provides all the protection and benefits you need to feel secure. This includes accidental damage, public liability and 24-hour access to an emergency home repair helpline.

Contents insurance

 

We can help you protect what matters most to you. Our contents insurance covers money up to €500, credit cards up to €1,500 and ‘new for old’ content replacement with no wear and tear deduction from your claim payment. 

Motorcycle insurance
