How the Customer Portals can help

Within each Portal, you can easily access essential documentation related to your policy. These include Sales, Billing, and Claims documents.

Under Policy Display, you can find more details about your policy, such as an outline of the policy, an outline of the figures associated with the policy, an outline of your vehicle and an overview of your policy documents.

How to register for the Customer Portal

Once you have received your ‘New Business Policy Email Confirmation’ after purchasing a policy, follow these steps to register for your specific Customer Portal:

1. Click on the ‘Register Now’ link in the email. 

2. Once within the Portal, click ‘Sign up now’.

3. Validate your email by entering the validation code that was sent to your email address.

4. When your email is validated, continue by entering your password, first name, last name, policy number and policy effective date.

5. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click ‘Create’ to create your account.

6. You will be asked to enter a phone number to verify your account (this number is then associated to the account for each login).

7. A code is sent to this phone number which you must enter into the Portal.

8. You will then have successfully registered for your Customer Portal account and can enter the Portal.

How to log in

Depending on whether you're policy begins with GEI or XB, your login process will be as follows:
 

GEI: Enter the email address and password that you used during registration. You must then send a verification code to the phone number used during registration, and enter it. You will then have access to the Customer Portal.
 

XB: Enter your email address and policy number. Once you’ve entered your details, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email address, which will allow you access to the portal for 30 minutes.
 

Please note: It may be the case that you have both GEI and XB policies. If so, you'll need to access both Portals independently when looking for particular documents, etc.
